Welcome to Plum Creek Homeowners Association
Welcome to Plum Creek, Kyle, Texas, a neighborhood being built on an old model. We’ve captured the best features of the neighborhoods and architecture of old Austin and incorporated them into the Plum Creek of today. Front porches, mailboxes, parks, shops, and schools that you can safely walk to. In Plum Creek, the sidewalks go places, and we think you’ll find leaving the car at home liberating.

Plum Creek History
In 1999, home construction started on a new kind of neighborhood in Kyle. Located 20 minutes south of downtown Austin, just west of IH 35 and north of downtown Kyle, Plum Creek is the embodiment of the traditional neighborhood with front porches, alleys, and narrow tree-lined streets. So far, over 1,900 families have decided to call Plum Creek home.

Plum Creek is the first affordable, master-planned, mixed-use community in Kyle, Texas. There is an on-site school elementary school, 30-acre lake, two community swimming pools, numerous parks with playscapes and miles of hike and bike trails, located near an 18-hole public golf course. All designed to create an atmosphere that encourages residents to be a part of a vibrant community.

Plum Creek HOA official communication channels: Plum Creek HOA does not have an official Facebook page. Facebook pages in the community are managed by residents.

After closing it can take several weeks before owners names are added to the website directory to be able to Login. Tenants need to provide a copy of the current lease to the Plum Creek HOA office prior to Login.
