Exterior permanent changes to your lot require approval from the Architectural Review Committee.

The volunteer Architectural Review Committee has 21 days to review a project once it is uploaded into the voting software. Be sure to submit a complete packet of information, otherwise the review process will be delayed. See packet examples below.

                          Only one exterior change project per ARC request form. 

You will need to download the Architectural Change Request form found below. Review the Architectural Guidelines  in Documents below for information about common exterior change requests.

If you need to amend the soil, you can look for products to apply to the soil like Dillo Dirt. 

You can also trim the tree limbs to allow sunlight into the yard. You can also remove front yard trees according the rule adopted in the Amended Street Tree List. As long as one CANOPY tree remains in the yard, you can remove front yard canopy trees.

There can be a 2 business day delay to review the documents for final upload to the committee. Be aware that you may receive an email indicating that the project is missing information. This missing information is needed to keep the process moving forward.
